coWorker 24/7 ("we", "us") is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania business. This policy explains what we collect when you call us, email us, or visit coworker247.com, and what we do with it.

Calls to our Voice coWorker

Our phone line is answered by an AI voice assistant, which tells you so at the start of every call. Every call is recorded, and the assistant says so in its greeting. If you do not want to be recorded, please hang up and email us instead.

During a call we may collect your name, phone number, email address, business name, the type of business you run, and what you are interested in, along with the call recording and a written transcript.

How we use it

• To follow up with you about your request, usually by email from [email protected].
• To understand your business and recommend the right service.
• To improve how our voice and email assistants work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your request.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run these services: LiveKit (phone line and call hosting), OpenAI (the AI that listens and responds on calls), Google (our lead list and notification email), and Microsoft 365 (our email). This website also uses Google Analytics to count visits and clicks on our call buttons. These providers process information on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep lead details, recordings, and transcripts only as long as we need them to follow up with you and serve you as a customer. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
